Due to the nature of cosmetic products, all sales are final for hygiene and safety reasons.

We do not accept returns or exchanges.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

• Your order number
• Clear photos of the item(s)

We will gladly replace the item or offer a solution.
